Foro SC entered the UPSL in 2019 and climbed fast into the premier division, building its name on one thing: relentless development, backed by results. A seasoned staff, a single mission, and young players pushed toward the professional game.
In six years the club has taken a conference title every single season, earned a place in the 2024 Lamar Hunt Open Cup, and made a serious run through the UPSL. We compete all year: the Open Cup, UPSL league play, and regional tournaments like the Heineken Cup.

Mikey Ambrose
Head Coach · 2018 MLS Cup ChampionForo SC is led by head coach Mikey Ambrose, a former MLS defender and 2018 MLS Cup champion with Atlanta United. Across roughly a decade as a pro he played for Atlanta United, Orlando City SC, and Inter Miami CF. He came up through the FC Dallas Development Academy, starred at the University of Maryland, and represented the U.S. at U-17, U-18, and U-20 level.
